Veronica and Stephen began their joint private practice in 2009 when their daughter was 2 ½ years old.  After many years, operating their practice and various associated contracts, they began working remotely in 2020, and the seed for this group practice was planted.  They hired their first three contractors, who were colleagues they had already worked with in other settings. The business name was changed to Broad Horizons Counseling Collective in early 2025 to further align with their vision and mission.

Mission…

Veronica and Stephen envisioned a group practice where colleagues could collaborate and support each other in the isolating landscape of remote telehealth work.  It has always been crucial to their mission to gather a diverse team of clinicians.  They additionally saw an opportunity to expand services to clients unable to access care in an office setting.  It was these core ideals that helped found their mission: “To provide accessible, quality, affordable care to clients while offering collaboration and support for our therapists.”
